Abdominal Liposuction Review

I made up my mind and started dieting, and lost about 15 kg in 3 months through diet and exercise, but I got tired of dieting and spent about a month letting myself go and eating as usual, so I had a yo-yo rebound and gained 5 kg back. I was anxious that I might go back to where I started, but after struggling for 3 months, I really did not want to diet again. While I was looking into liposuction, I had consultations at as many as 6 hospitals that had been recommended in this community, and I decided on a hospital.

The reason I chose the hospital was the kind consultation and detailed explanations. Of course, I also read the reviews here carefully. And I chose it because it was known as a place that performs suction to an extent that does not put too much strain on the body, considering side effects rather than doing extreme suction.

First, during the consultation, they said that if you are going to have liposuction, it is better not to diet before doing it, because it is better for skin elasticity after suction. If I had had more financial room, I would have wanted to do my upper arms too, but I prioritized my abdomen.

On the day of surgery, surprisingly, it did not hurt much. The pain felt about like my stomach pulling the day after suddenly doing sit-ups when I normally never exercise. It may also have been because I was wearing a compression garment on the day of surgery. When I took off the compression garment and moved around, I did feel pain.

And from day 3 after surgery, swelling started, enough that my feet got puffy, but I had already been told about this too, so from day 3 I took walks and exercised to reduce the swelling. Rather than pain from the surgery, the discomfort in daily life from the compression garment was actually worse.

I had 1400 cc suctioned, and strangely enough, I really lost exactly about that much body weight. Until day 10, when the stitches were removed, I focused on recovery and only took walks, without dieting or exercising. During the consultation, I was also told that I should not rely only on suction to lose weight, and that afterward I would need to diet through eating habits and exercise. Of course, I also had high expectations for body-line correction rather than weight loss. I am still not at my desired weight, so I cannot say my line is pretty yet, but my belly fat has definitely gone down, and my waist and flanks have also gone in, so I am very hopeful and have now started dieting again.

Now that I am in week 3, bio-bonding has started to form, and this also just feels like my abdomen is pulling a little, but the unevenness is visible. They say it can last from 3 months to even 6 months, so I am looking forward to it while doing massages.

After more time passes and I have dieted too, I will leave another review.
