I narrowed things down by doing my own research on YouTube and here for forehead silicone implant removal, and after face-to-face consultations at 4 clinics, I made my decision. 1. Reason for choosing: straightforward consultation with the director, no overtreatment (all the other clinics also recommended forehead lifting), no typical dedicated consultation manager for plastic surgery/dermatology (there was someone like a nurse assistant who handled the schedule and price, and they were not exactly friendly) ---> Anyway, the clinic facilities were classic, which actually made me choose it because it felt unpretentious
