It was daytime on a weekday, so there were not many people and the wait was not long. The consultation manager seemed professional, which I liked. It felt like they were not playing games with the price. Some places are overly friendly and that actually makes it uncomfortable, but here they explained things in detail at an appropriate level, which I liked. The director was also very kind, and at other places the consultation can feel rushed so you cannot ask everything you want, but here they explained everything comfortably
