Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

Our community review

First of all, even though the director must be busy, he was gentle and kind. The hospital atmosphere was good too; the doctors and staff seemed to get along well. It was my first consultation, so I knew nothing, but he explained only what was necessary without any long introduction. The CT scan fee was 30,000 won, but after going to another place today, it seemed like many places do it for free, so I guess you can think of it as just a consultation fee. Still, for 30,000 won, it did not feel very cost-effective. Even so, I already knew from Instagram that the director had done jaw surgery and contouring for family members, so there was no reason to doubt his skill. He looked like the kind of person who would do a good job. The problem is the surgery fee system. If you pay for surgery on the consultation day, the amount and the regular price differ by a factor of two. The consultation manager said that herself, directly, that it was "double." She said that even if you reserve on the same day, everything gets fully refunded right before the surgery date, so there is no loss. She also said she could reduce the price by a certain amount, making it sound very, very reasonable. I had no intention at all of making a rushed financial decision for cosmetic bone surgery just because the price was double or whatever, so I left unaffected, but inexperienced consumers would probably get swayed a lot. It is infuriating that they use that in marketing. I still have more places to go, so I am holding off for now, but I feel disappointed. I went because I really liked the director's values, aesthetic sense, and life philosophy from Instagram, but what this hospital is pushing is just a dramatic discount for paying the surgery fee on the consultation day. That mismatch was off-putting. I lost all goodwill during the manager consultation.
