The staff members were kind. And there were a lot of foreign patients, so it seemed like many of them could speak multiple languages..? The building is big, spacious, and comfortable (the downside is having to wait for the elevator for a while). On the other hand, I guess that means the factory-like atmosphere is unavoidable. The doctor was not rude, but he seemed too busy. I recently went for a consultation about revision surgery for a square jaw, used an X-ray photo taken in the past, was told I would probably have to wait a bit, and did wait a bit. I did have to wait a lot, but I didn’t have any special schedule then, so it didn’t really matter to me. I said I’d think about revision surgery a little more and get back to them, and they told me to contact them whenever I felt comfortable, without pressure, which I really liked. Good.
