I went in for a consultation about removal because the pressure in my nose and the pain kept getting worse. They even checked the condition of the nose implant with ultrasound. (When doing the ultrasound, they have to press on it, so it can hurt a little.) The doctor, as I had heard, had a good eye and gave me realistic options, saying that removing it does not automatically return you to your original nose, but since my original nose shape wasn't bad to begin with, it should be okay, and that the silicone definitely has to be removed
