I had seen the doctor so many times on YouTube that I felt really familiar with him. He clearly explained the areas of improvement on my face using objective measurements, so it was easy to get my direction straight and understand the surgical plan. Also, while consulting, I could feel that he aimed for a beautiful face in the direction the patient wanted rather than excessive plastic surgery.
