The director looked busy and tired, but I was grateful that they still answered all my questions. Their honest opinions were also very helpful!! The facilities were spacious and nice, and I even saw foreign patients waiting! But what I did not like was that the consultation manager kept saying unnecessary things..? It felt like they were taking jabs while smiling, so it left a bad feeling; even if the director was fine, the manager was not, so I lost the feeling that I wanted to have surgery here.
