I had under-eye fat repositioning and under-eye fat grafting. It had been quite a while since the consultation, and I made the surgery reservation a bit impulsively. Well, the reviews were good, so I was not worried. First of all, as expected of a large hospital, there were really a lot of people. Reservations and surgeries seemed to be backed up. There were also so many people waiting, and even if you made a reservation and went, the waiting time was incredibly long.. On the surgery day there was no waiting. Seems to vary by day. Before surgery I saw the doctor and there was the smell of cigarettes There was no separate under-eye sketch or anything like that. When I said several times that I did not want the fat grafting to be excessive, they complained that I kept saying the same thing. At first they said it had to be somewhat excessive anyway.. The fat was harvested from the front thigh, lower than the panty line, and the scar is small, just looks like a scratch. The under-eye hollow and dark circles improved, but originally the left and right hollows and tear troughs were uneven (the right side was more sunken and the tear trough was more severe) and even after surgery they are still uneven. The left side is flat all the way to under the eye, but the right side improved and is still slightly sunken, and the tear trough is still visible, so I am wondering whether I should get additional fat grafting only on the right side..
