It has been exactly one week since my surgery with Preserve at Kai! Before surgery, the things I worried about most were pain and recovery, but it hurt far less than I expected, which surprised me. I was able to do everyday life almost right away. Still, until day 3 there was a throbbing feeling. Around day 4, it definitely became more comfortable, and now I am able to do light daily activities without any problems. Of course, I am still being careful about lifting heavy things or using my arms too much lol The shape still feels a bit full because of swelling, but I can see it becoming more natural day by day. One reason I chose Kai was that they had been doing submuscular-type surgery even before introducing Preserve, and during the consultation they looked at a size that fit my body type instead of just making it big, which I appreciated. I wanted it to get about one cup size bigger, so Preserve was perfect for me. Here are my specs: 150 cm, 46 kg. Left/right 170 cc was placed! It is still only 1 week, so I will need to wait longer for the final shape and feel, but for now I am satisfied with the recovery.
