The director was extremely kind. While looking at the CT images, he explained one by one in detail why this was possible and why that was not, and he told me step by step why costal cartilage was needed, which I liked. But the consultation manager answered even one question like, "What don't you know about that?" Even though he was kind, I was still at the stage of deciding whether to have surgery, so that attitude was a major negative point. It was the only place among the clinics I had visited that had done a CT scan before the consultation, so it inspired trust, and the director’s attitude was also good, but the other factors were somewhat disappointing.
