The director spent over 30 minutes consulting with me. He was kind and strongly emphasized that if something could not be done, then it could not be done, and that I should not expect too much... He talked very realistically rather than saying it would turn out well or look pretty. The price was a little higher than I had expected (I was expecting a little over 4 million won). For a first nose surgery, there really was not much to do, but if it comes close to 5 million... For now, he said the care would be done three times, and the hospital said they do not use implants at all. They use the septal cartilage first, and if that is not enough they take cartilage from the ear, but the ear cartilage is harvested from the front, so if scars worry you, definitely check that. He does not hide or conceal anything, which builds trust, but I also worry that maybe the result will not be very effective... It feels like they will only do what I want to the extent that it is actually possible.
