The consultation fee is 30,000 won, and you have to transfer the money by bank transfer when you book the consultation (cash receipt available, non-refundable). When you arrive at the hospital, you talk with the manager about your surgical history, and then the director takes photos of your eyes and records a video of you blinking for the consultation. During the consultation, they explain things professionally using medical terminology and show before-and-after photos while talking about how the surgery would proceed.
