It has been 2 weeks since surgery, and the shape has settled beautifully! Until the 1-week mark, I kept wondering whether it had really gone well, but that was because the swelling had not gone down. There is still some swelling, but I am much more satisfied now. The main thing I wanted corrected was my bulbous nose, and that has clearly been improved. At first, the tip of my nose looked lifted too much, but it has definitely come down quite a bit. Especially the side profile viewed at 45 degrees looks clearly more refined than before surgery. The director is also ethical and does not over-treat.
