The tip of my nose has dropped, so I've been going around for consultations about revision rhinoplasty, and I recommend Louvre. I originally went because it's well known for noses, and the consultation was kind and thorough. The director and the manager didn't push unnecessary treatment or upselling, so I felt comfortable during the consultation. The consultation schedule was packed, so it was hard to get a booking, but I'm glad I waited and went. Since it was a revision, the director recommended autologous costal cartilage, and when I said I was worried about scarring, he said not to worry because he would make the incision as small as possible for minimal scarring, then showed me scar photos. From the photos, it did seem like the scars healed more naturally than at other clinics.
