[Fat Extraction Injection] Arm fat extraction injection, week 5.. maximum extraction and now I’m worried about firmness (late 40s)

I’ll be at the 2-month mark soon lol time really flies Since I was a maximum-extraction case, this time I’m focusing mostly on firmness First, the area that slimmed down the most was the front bulge Once the bulge that stuck out in the front of my arm was clearly reduced, the overall look of my arm changed a lot The front and back views changed a lot, but the side view with my arm pressed against my body still doesn’t show a huge change yet (I expected that, since they said the front and back change first and the side comes later) The side-view photos look similar because the angle is a bit different, but in reality it did get a little slimmer and softer-looking Before the procedure, pressing my arm against my body was stressful because the flesh would poke out to the side, but now that has been reduced a lot, so even when I press it in, it looks much smoother than before But honestly, a new worry came up When I’m still or looking from the front or back, the line is clearly more defined, but when I raise my arm or spread it out to the side, it still looks a little saggy I feel like this is the standard worry for people who had maximum extraction.. the fat is clearly gone, but firmness in that spot is the next homework So this time I started CoreSculpt for firmness management Since maximum extraction already reduced the volume a lot, I needed something that would make the remaining skin and contour firm and tight What I was told CoreSculpt does is use strong magnetic pulses to reduce fat and promote muscle building/strengthening The effects I was told about were: 1. High-intensity magnetic fields reduce empty space and remaining skin, improving size reduction and firmness 2. Break down remaining fat (subcutaneous, visceral, intramuscular fat) 3. Muscle strengthening - they said one session is like doing 30,000 sit-ups/squats ㄷㄷ I’ve tried it once for now, and the combo of reducing volume with maximum extraction and tightening firmness with CoreSculpt seems to suit me The fit of my clothes is really nice lol Short sleeves and sleeveless tops no longer make my arms look bulky, and fitted clothes fall cleanly The stress of always choosing one size larger because of my arms when buying clothes is gone The swelling is now down to just minor residual swelling, and the hard clumping is almost gone Recovery feels almost at the final stage Summary - Front bulge reduced the most; front and back changed a lot, side still catching up - After maximum extraction, firmness became the next worry -> started CoreSculpt - Clothes fit nicely, swelling and hardness are almost gone Next I’ll keep going with CoreSculpt and see how much the firmness improves I’m also wondering whether I should do arm exercises myself.. I think it would synergize if I add exercise too I’ll bring another update~~ bye then
