I’m leaving a review of my consultations for breast fat grafting because I was looking into fat grafting due to feeling resistant to implants!
First of all, I’m 162/54, 75A, with a relatively slim upper body and a body type with thighs and hips. (My wrists are thin but I seem to have some upper-arm fat; I guess only my breasts are thin.. haha)
What was important to me - Liposuction areas (wounds, scars) -> I wanted as few as possible - *** I wanted to keep liposuction to a minimum (I like my current body shape and line, where I have some lower-body volume rather than being completely skinny, so I was worried liposuction might leave me with thighs that are too thin ㅠㅠ) - I was also worried that too much grafting volume could cause side effects

- I don’t remember the liposuction areas exactly ㅠㅠ - During the consultation, after looking at my thighs, the director said enough fat would likely come from my thighs - They said they would inject as much fat as could be harvested into the breasts (they said it becomes an issue when it’s like 400 cc, and was it in the 300 cc range..? Anyway, they said up to that point is okay, but it was more than I expected so I was worried about side effects) - And it felt like they were only thinking about the breast grafting amount, so I suddenly got scared they might remove all the fat from my thighs (it was my first consultation, so I don’t think I knew exactly what I wanted and the consultation didn’t go properly) - The consultant showed me before-and-after photos of one patient, and I think she had breast fat grafting and several other procedures together. But I couldn’t see anything else; I only saw that her thighs had become stick-thin -> This might have been what that patient wanted - For the event price, you have to write reviews at weeks 3, 6, and 9
After the consultation, I thought, so the thigh liposuction area can get that thin, and canceled the Midas consultation I had booked afterward. On the first day, unusually, I had also booked a consultation at a hospital specializing in implants, not just fat grafting clinics, and I went because I wanted to check that hospital out once.

- I had watched YouTube, and they didn’t recommend fat grafting, but I saw them say that around 150 cc is safe, so for some reason I felt like they would do it safely and went - Liposuction areas: 2 in the groin - After the Glovi consultation, I was very anxious about thigh liposuction, so I emphasized that I didn’t want to lose much thigh volume -> They said that for facial fat grafting, the amount is small so there’s almost no difference, but for breasts, fat volume is needed, so even if the difference isn’t huge, some volume will probably be lost.. - Volume: around 200 cc..? (Not certain; they said they do get a little ambitious for satisfaction) - They accurately told me which parts of my breast shape needed improvement - They said I could roughly expect going from a full A to even a B - They seemed honest and safety-focused - There didn’t seem to be separate aftercare, and there were too few reviews or photos where I could see liposuction cases, so I debated and gave up ㅠㅠ For me, the liposuction areas were as important as the breasts ㅠㅠ - But if I think about implants later, I’d probably go back there first for another consultation
After this, I thought about it for a few weeks and then went for one more consultation
<Fresh> - From the consultation with the consultant, I emphasized that I wanted minimal liposuction -> They said it would just be line refinement, with no major difference, and told me not to worry. I saw before-and-after photos and there really wasn’t a big difference, so I felt reassured - Scars: groin area (but I didn’t ask whether it’s two in the front or four front and back) - Liposuction area: inner thighs. If not enough, they may harvest a little from the front thighs too - The director estimated 200-220 cc? within a safe range - They can also treat side effects - They said my breast shape would become larger as it is - I trusted them regarding the liposuction areas and safety (side effects) I was worried about, so I paid, but I’m debating again because the before-and-after photos the consultant showed me seemed to show almost no difference in the breasts ㅠㅠ (they said it was a case with very good engraftment)
So for now, I’m planning to go to Midas just one more time and decide between the two… What’s funny is that at first, when I was looking into it, I thought safety was best even if the effect wasn’t big, but the more I look into it, the more I keep caring about volume and size ㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋ The Fresh director said the grafted amount isn’t what’s important, but I think I’m hesitating because of the before-and-after photos I saw during the consultation.. But then again, when I liked reviews on Naver Cafe and requested information, many of them were Fresh.. On their website before-and-after photos, there were also quite a few cases where the shape was pretty and the breasts got noticeably larger..
I even paid a deposit, and sometimes I think maybe I should just do it, but I keep thinking about the before-and-after photos I saw at that consultation.. Midas definitely seems to inject a lot of volume, so I’m going to go once (excluding places that put in over 300 by defaultㅠㅠ). Anyway, I’m sharing my consultation review. Since I’m obsessed with minimizing liposuction, I don’t think I’m a typical case, but I hope this helped ㅠ..
