1. ㅌㅋㄹㅅ - There were so many people waiting here that I felt dizzy,, Even though I had made a 1 o’clock appointment, I waited almost an hour, and the CT machine was broken so they said it couldn’t be done, so I couldn’t even get it taken I waited, and since I didn’t have a designated doctor, I got an estimate from a doctor recommended by the consultant. When I told him what I wanted, he pointed out exactly what I should do, and when I said I really wanted medial epicanthoplasty, he said he would rather I not do it, saying scar tissue would form, and strongly talked me out of it haha. He said everyone’s eyes are different. For the nose, he suggested donated costal cartilage + ear cartilage + silicone After the consultation with the doctor, the consultant was nice because she pointed out only what I wanted, but when I asked about functional nose surgery, she said they don’t do functional nose surgery. It was different from the information I saw before going, but the price wasn’t bad, there were too many foreigners, and for the weekend there was only one appointment slot left, so they said I had to book surgery quickly. I had consultations for eyes and nose with different directors, and for the eyes, he spoke really confidently. When I said I wanted medial epicanthoplasty, he said he would open it naturally, so trust him and do it, which made me trust him haha But for the nose, what the doctor said when giving me my estimate and what the consultant said were so different that I couldn’t trust it. When I said I had nose surgery because I had a hump, the doctor’s nuance was that it didn’t seem like much had been shaved down, but the consultant said the head director seemed to think a lot had been shaved, so there was some extra cost, that kind of thing, so I was like, what? They also said they don’t do functional nose surgery. The price was outside the range I had in mind, so I just said thank you and left. It was to the point where I thought, if a place looks this thoroughly, it would be okay to do it here. They also showed me a 3D virtual surgery image. But I was a bit surprised that he recommended autologous costal cartilage. Everyone else said donated costal cartilage would be fine I was worried about scar tissue remaining, and the consultant subtly said things like it has to be today, this price is only for today, so my trust dropped.. Everything else was good. They said they can also do functional nose surgery here, but insurance reimbursement isn’t available, so I said okay and left The price exceeded what I had in mind, but it was okay. The head director is someone who tells you exactly only what should be done, so I felt I definitely wanted to do it with him He recommended donated costal cartilage + silicone, as expected, the same as during my first surgery For eyes, I heard another person was good, so I consulted with that person. I had already read a lot of reviews, so it was fine. I also told that person I wanted medial epicanthoplasty, and he said then scar tissue will form and it won’t be great; if I want it, he’ll do it, but I should think about it. He said he’d set the line as a semi-out, so I said okay The consultant unnie had seen me during my first surgery and again when I went for a re-consultation, so she felt familiar, and when I told her everything and said this part had bothered me, she said they would pay attention to it again, so I decided to have surgery at the place where I had my first surgery and put down a deposit They do functional nose surgery here!
