4 months after non-implant nose surgery

I'm from out of town, so I searched hard.. and went around for consultations..!! I had a lot of worries, so I looked into things carefully before surgery, and after doing it, recovery was fast and my satisfaction is high, so I'm really happy At first, I couldn't breathe through my nose and had to be careful, so I was very conscious of it, but as time passed, the shape became natural, I can breathe well, and when I touch it, it has settled softly. I think with nose surgery, time really has to pass for the swelling to go down and for it to look pretty haha I had nose surgery without an implant. Since I originally had some height, I had the hump shaved down, bilateral osteotomy, nasal tip septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and nasal tip cartilage suturing The doctor intentionally used ear cartilage minimally, and it was harvested from the front part of the ear, so there is not even the slightest sign, and even when I touch or look at it, I can't tell at all!!! It came out well as a straight-with-slight-curve to straight line, and people around me often say my nose is pretty, so I'm satisfied They also do good aftercare, and I wonder why I worried so much!!! Now I don't worry when taking photos or looking in the mirror, so it's nice haha I think I'll like it even more if it becomes more natural over time!!! Totally satisfied hahahaha
