My natural nose was very low and slightly upturned, so I had my first surgery in a provincial area when I was 17, but they made it into a completely straight, 1-shaped nose. In my early 20s, I had revision surgery again in a provincial area (different clinic). Back then, I didn’t know much and just thought anything would be fine as long as it wasn’t a 1-shaped nose, so I hurriedly looked for a clinic and booked it. I still don’t know what material they used.. They didn’t use cartilage This time, I’m wondering if contracture has happened because my nostrils show a lot, and when I look at my side profile, my nasal tip is lifted a lot, so I’m thinking about a third surgery..
