Before/after Even before, my nose wasn’t low, but... ~ cosmetic surgery is for your own satisfaction, and I wanted to become prettier ~~ I was looking for implant-free rhinoplasty and had it done at a clinic. They shaved down the hump, and because my nasal bridge looked wide, they did osteotomies. They used the bone inside my nose? Septal cartilage? Is that right?? Anyway!! They used that to lift the nasal tip. I’m really so, so, so, so satisfied, and it’s been about 7 months, but so far!! I haven’t had anything like side effects. I have an indented scar on the skin of my nasal bridge from an injury when I was young, so it feels like the hump wasn’t completely shaved down, but I like a natural look, so I actually like it better ~ lol If you’re considering rhinoplasty but feel resistant to implants, try getting a consultation at that clinic! Personally, I’m very satisfied and I’m strongly recommending it to people around me too!!
