The diagnosis was deviated septum, nasal valve stenosis, etc., with reconstruction using autologous costal cartilage. Cost: in the 9 million won range. They also recommended removing the silicone implant if I wanted breathing through my nose to become more comfortable. They said my nose would become extremely low if the silicone was removed, but they did not really explain any other alternative method. After the consultation, during the consultation with the manager, they offered a same-day booking discount condition. It is a large amount of money, and I did not really have a reason to pay on the same day just to get a discount, so I said I would think about it. Then their expression turned cold lol They did not even properly say goodbye when I left. There was a consultation fee.

Maybe because the hospital had newly built the building, it was clean and nice. I had a CT scan and waited about 1 hour. They did not take separate photos. They told me to come into the consultation room, and when I went in, there were several more consultation rooms like a maze. I was guided to one room, waited there, and then waited for the director. I could hear murmuring from the next room, maybe because they were consulting there. The consultation proceeded. They examined inside my nose and looked at the CT, and said my septal deviation was severe and they expected there was not much septal cartilage, so they mentioned reconstruction using autologous costal cartilage. After that, they did not really say much, so I asked various questions. They answered the things I asked well. Rather than a specific surgical method, it felt like they were confident and would take care of it well. They showed me photos of similar cases. I think the consultation was roughly about 15 minutes, but they seemed busy somehow.. After the consultation, I talked with the manager. Cost: in the 8 million won range. I was informed about various aftercare services. There was a consultation fee, and there was no pressure to book.
