I got an imported filler a year ago. I had no aegyo-sal at all even when I smiled, so when I got it done elsewhere, they said I had no aegyo-sal pocket and couldn't shape it properly, and they injected it in a way that made it sag. After some time, the filler drooped under my eyes like under-eye fat, and it looked awful lol. But when I went to a skilled place, they really made the aegyo-sal pocket thin and natural. I asked the director to make it look natural, and they made it look like it was originally my own aegyo-sal. It was so natural that I paid extra for a retouch lolol. Still, I'm satisfied. Now it's been 1 year? 1 and a half years, so it has sagged down a bit, but I'm planning to dissolve it and get it again.
