I was advised to have nose surgery while getting philtrum reduction, so after thinking it over, I had them done together~ At first, the whole center of my face was really swollen My nose felt stuffy / my philtrum felt numb I even wondered if something had gone wrong, but I really like it even from the front. Was the nasolabial angle always this important~ It feels like I found the ideal angle haha My side profile is so pretty haha The philtrum is healing well without a scar too. If I had only done either the philtrum or the nose surgery, I don’t think I would have gotten results like this. I really feel how important balance with the surrounding areas is, not just one single area haha
