I had revision rhinoplasty last year because my nasal tip had drooped. While raising the nasal tip with autologous rib cartilage and trying to keep the nose from turning up, the director lowered my nostrils and columella a bit too much, so my nose looked long and became a droopy, arrow-like nose when I smiled... Now that a lot of the swelling has gone down, it’s somewhat okay, but after consultations at other clinics, they said they need to slightly lower the nasal tip, remove the extension underneath, and add ear cartilage over it.. sob It’s a bit of a waste since it’s autologous rib cartilage, but there’s nothing I can do... I hope it goes well ㅜㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
