I guess being a consultant makes her so important lol. From the start, I had gone there to see Director Jang, and after they recommended another director and gave me a price, all I did was ask whether there were any further discounts. And in the end, I never even got to see Director Jang. From the first phone call, I said I was going to see Director Jang, but because I was 2 minutes late, I briefly saw an unfriendly consultant, then waited 40 minutes for the doctor consultation. They recommended another doctor-director instead of Director Jang, so I said I wanted to see both, but it felt like they were steering me away from seeing Director Jang. Still, I said I wanted to see both, and they finally said okay. While I was waiting, they suddenly came over and said I would have to wait over an hour for Director Jang. At the time, there were only 2 people sitting in the clinic. Before surgery, I asked a few things, like whether there was CCTV and how the price was calculated. When I asked, they wouldn’t answer and said that if I had this little trust, they also felt burdened doing the surgery. After that, I asked for my deposit back. I only asked those basic questions, but they said it was burdensome and that the deposit could absolutely!!!! not be refunded!!! After a long back-and-forth, even though I never asked them to cancel, they canceled my surgery on their own. My deposit almost just vanished into thin air. I found out because when I called the clinic to confirm information, they said I was a canceled reservation. After that, that consultant became unreachable. So I called the clinic several times, but while I was talking they went, “What? I caaan’t hear you, I can’t hear you~~” and hung up. When I called again, they disconnected the phone completely. Everyone there was on another level.. I really can’t believe the standard. Eventually, a manager came out later and apologized, and corrected the canceled surgery. Everyone else, don’t put down a deposit first~ Don’t worry about discounts. For me, it was a simple surgery and it was a clinic where I had surgery a few years ago, so I just went ahead, but now all the staff seem to have changed, and they seem to steer people mostly toward new doctors~ The doctor wasn’t bad. The consultation was simple, clear, and clean, and he seemed confident. But during surgery, while I was waking up from sleep anesthesia, I could hear sounds, so I heard him talking with the nurse. “Then the person would die lol” “Am I going to dieㅠ?” What? No, no..
