Outside of this community, people say that bulbous nose revision surgery has to be done with costal cartilage for it to turn out well. Is that because costal cartilage is hard and has strength? I’m excluding autologous costal cartilage because I’m worried it might leave a scar, and donated costal cartilage is apparently used quite a bit even in primary surgeries, but I feel like it would make me uneasy..ㅡㅡ Please also tell me whether ㅎㅁ ㄷㄷㅇ ㅌㅋ 저ㅅㅌ handle costal cartilage well

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
