I had full nose implant removal + cartilage repositioning surgery in January, so it’s been over 2 months now! Compared to the 1-month mark, a lot more swelling has gone down, and as the swelling subsides, my nose feels a little lower and more natural.
My nose still hasn’t become completely soft like before surgery, but I feel like it’s gradually getting softer as the swelling goes down. It’s still not super soft like before surgery, and I don’t think I can do a piggy nose or anything like that. Gently touching it is fine, but it still hurts if I touch it firmly, so I haven’t even tried making a piggy nose!! The major swelling and bruising went away quickly, but it seems like it takes quite a long time for the tissues inside the nose to settle into place These days, I’m really feeling that both nose surgery and removal surgery are not easy at all
