I had double eyelid surgery, but both sides turned out completely uneven... One side is a sausage-looking eyelid and the other is an in-line crease lolololol At first I thought surely it must be swelling and it would get better with time, but no... They say that if the double eyelid surgical lines themselves are uneven apart from the swelling, then even after the swelling goes down, they’ll just stay uneven.
