Even when I lost weight, my upper arms never slimmed down, and even though I tried home workouts to reduce arm fat, my arms really just would not get thinner... I thought about it a lot, then did it after a friend recommended it, and I’m so, so satisfied because my arms became really bony-thin. My weight and body shape are the same, but maybe because my arms got thinner, everyone thinks I’m extremely skinny haha
