In 2012, I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery, and in 2015 I had fat removal and underwent revision surgery with an incisional method. Maybe because the line was raised, I have scars left, and the epicanthoplasty was done to remove the Mongolian fold, but only the distance between my eyes became narrower while the Mongolian fold remained the same. After the under-eye fat repositioning, I developed under-eye hollowness. I’m considering revision surgery for the epicanthoplasty, and for the double eyelids, I’m still thinking about it because I’m worried a revision might go badly. Overall, I don’t recommend it.
