Hello. I'm planning to have revision rhinoplasty, but I'm worried about the nasal tip material. I've had rhinoplasty using septal cartilage before, so I'm in a situation where septal cartilage can no longer be used. So I'm deciding between donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, but because of cost, recovery, and scarring, I'm leaning a little toward donated costal cartilage. Are those of you who had it done with donated costal cartilage satisfied?
. Surgery is possible with reused septal cartilage + ear cartilage, but there is a possibility of cartilage resorption. There isn't enough material to raise the nasal tip as much as I want.
