First of all, I was told that the surgery was done without an implant. (They said that when they put silicone in and closed it, my nasal skin was thin and would not stretch, so it looked like it was going to tear, so they removed itㅜㅜ) The nasal bridge is my own bridge with nothing added, and I was told that autologous costal cartilage was used from the dorsum below the middle of the nose to the nasal tip! Maybe because of that, my nose seems a liiittle lower, but they said the nasal tip is higher than before!
My nose was on the slim side, but the director shaped the nasal tip nicely and made it look plump :) They said they also extended the columella as much as possible, and that they simply raised and extended my nose as much as possible within what my nose allowed! I like the line!! hahaha
