Removed thigh fat and endured 2 weeks of hardship!!!

After <Day 15> after after Before <Day 15> after after after Before <[Before surgery]> Before <[Before surgery]> Before <[Before surgery]> I had 2,050 cc removed from my thighs, 360 degrees. (I was going to do the thigh-hip crease area too, but the director recommended doing only the thighs.)

After the painful first week post-surgery passed, and the uncomfortable next week went by, it became a period that was somewhat tolerable.

If the swelling just kept increasing for the first week, from after that I could feel the swelling going down.

My bruising was not severe at first, but around one week it was at its worst, and now it is almost all gone.

On the first day, it hurt so much that I regretted it, and it was so uncomfortable for a week, but after 2 weeks, it feels like it was not such a big deal again.

The long-awaited stitch removal day! I went to the clinic, got post-care swelling laser treatment, and made an appointment for radiofrequency treatment. The swelling laser seems effective. Maybe because the stitches were removed, my legs feel lighter. I had been debating between a clinic without post-care and this one, but I am glad I chose a place that provides post-care.

To help the swelling go down better, I ate well for the first week, and since after one week I have been maintaining a diet meal plan!! Maybe thanks to the surgery, my motivation is overflowing lol I also go for a walk once a day, but the itchiness is driving me crazy. Still, they say it is good for reducing swelling, so I am trying itㅠ

Now, there is pain when I press hard, but the pain has almost disappeared. Instead, when I touch it, the sensation is still dull. I am hoping it will get even thinner lol

Once the front thighs, which stressed me out the most, disappeared, the feeling of my legs really changed. Do they feel longer? When I wore leggings, I was hesitant to wear them because the Y-zone stood out... That feeling is truly gone!!!!

It has only been two weeks so far, but the change is already big, and they say the major swelling will continue to go down until one month, so I am excited.

Please take a look and tell me if it turned out well!!!!
