I received lipolysis injections over about three sessions, and when I controlled my diet, the fat came off quickly, but when I didn’t, there was almost no change. I got them on the inner thighs, and the pain was tolerable. There was only a very slight change, so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone wanting a dramatic result.
