It's been over two months since I had my upper arms and back done at Ppom. First, I had high-volume liposuction. The two together came out to about 9,000, and honestly, the size reduction is definite, but there are areas where it wasn't suctioned out in tiny spots. I think it can't be helped. I haven't told the hospital yet, and I'm going to try to lose it through dieting.
