Before<surgery before>After<3 weeks 1>After<3 weeks 2>I had ptosis, so if I didn’t raise my eyebrows, I couldn’t open my eyes wide, and it seemed to affect my intraocular pressure too, so I had surgery with the incisional method + I also had eye shape correction, and they said I probably didn’t need canthoplasty, so I didn’t do it!! I went around to about 4-5 places for consultations, and a younger acquaintance of mine had revision double eyelid surgery. She said hers turned out pretty, and when I said I was getting it done, she recommended it, so I went with the same director.
Until day 2 after surgery, the bruising was severe, and on days 3 and 4 it felt like red eyeliner had smudged + since it was before removing the stitches, I couldn’t wash my face, so that was a bit hard too... The director said I might swell a lot (during surgery it hurt, so I had anesthesia one more time), but my friends saw me and said I barely had any swelling.
In week 1, I was still swollen, so the distance between the incision line and the iris looked far, and it strongly gave the impression that anyone could tell I’d had surgery~ but from week 2 it started going down, and now that week 3 is passing, I can do makeup comfortably and when I meet friends, they say my eyes became like deer eyes. My satisfaction with the surgery is pretty high.. Since I was going to do it anyway, I wish I’d done it a little earlier + if you have ptosis, I recommend doing it!! When drawing eyeliner, because of my eyelids, even if I drew it thick it looked thin, or I had to use double eyelid glue, but now I don’t need to, so that’s nice! People used to ask if I was sleepy all the time because of my impression, but now I don’t hear that anymore!
