Since I had a consultation with another director in 2021, I already had a CT scan, so they did not take a separate scan and used that CT for the consultation. My nasal septum was deviated and I had nasal congestion, so functional rhinoplasty was possible.
Looking at what I was told during the consultation in 2021, for my low nose bridge, they would do a FitMe Nose customized silicone implant, and for the nasal tip, they would use donated cartilage together with septal cartilage. They would remove the filler in my nose, and for the functional nose part, they would do rhinitis surgery.
Consultation with Director Yoon Seok-ho: Because my nasal septum is deviated, I may have left-sided nasal congestion, so he said it would be good to do it together while I am having surgery, and that laser treatment of the inferior turbinate area would also likely make things more comfortable. My nose is small and low, with no nasal tip, not much soft tissue on the nose, and my ears are small, so ear cartilage would not work. I also have a slight hump, and he said I am in a condition where autologous costal cartilage or donated rib cartilage would need to be used, and suggested trying FitMe Nose. The shape he showed me, saying they could try to create it as much as possible, seemed to show a bit more nostril than I expected, so I asked whether the nostrils could be made a little less visible from there. He clearly said that if we did that, other proportions or the shape could collapse, so he would not recommend it. Since I currently have filler, he said that if I dissolve the filler around the glabella first, it would become much lower than now, and recommended that with a customized silicone implant, starting naturally from the glabella, a height much lower than now would look aesthetically natural. He explained that the design could be checked in advance in 3D. The consultation with the director was really good, but after that, the consultant kept pressuring me to decide right away that day, so it was really exhausting.
