I had double eyelid surgery in January last year.. It was my first cosmetic surgery, and I felt really upset ㅜ I went with a friend, and we had surgery on the same day. When I went in for my surgery, my friend had finished surgery and was in the recovery room, and they said they would do a laser treatment before my surgery, so I went into the same recovery room. My friend also had rhinoplasty, so maybe she was very thirsty; she asked the staff member in the recovery room for water. Then that staff member said no, and started scolding my friend loudly, saying things like why do you keep asking when I said you can't, and why do you keep inconveniencing others when there are other people here ㅋㅋ Meanwhile, even though there were patients all around, she was loudly talking badly about someone else with another recovery room staff member, saying she was so freaking pissed. I felt really upset, but I was about to have my surgery, so I held it in ㅠ I also didn't like the surgical result, so I made a follow-up appointment and went back. They said the doctor who performed my surgery had quit, so another doctor would see me. When I asked about ptosis correction, they said, "That would be something the doctor who operated on you would know~";; I said my two eyes looked different, but the consultation manager and the doctor just kept repeating that they couldn't see any difference at all and that I was being sensitive, so I felt really upset and couldn't communicate with them, so I just left. Since then, I've been to many plastic surgery clinics, but I've never seen a place this unfriendly. Maybe it was because I was young, but from the first visit, the consultation manager kept using casual speech here and there and cutting me off ㅋㅋ A clinic I would absolutely never recommend to people around me ㅜㅜ
