Cartilage Show-Through!

Hello, this is my first time writing a post after signing up. I had nose surgery 12 years ago, and until now I had thought it was an L-shaped silicone implant. Since last December, I noticed show-through at my nasal tip, so I naturally thought it was silicone. Last year, I went to two plastic surgery clinics, and at one of them, after a CT scan, they said the silicone had come down slightly, but it was not a major issue, and silicone show-through was not visible to the naked eye, so there was no need to have surgery right away, so I let it pass. Then this March, I saw a white object inside my nose, so I hurriedly looked for another hospital. After a CT scan, they said my nose did not have an L-shaped implant; instead, there was silicone on the bridge of the nose, the nasal tip was septal cartilage, and what was visible on the intranasal mucous membrane was cartilage, but it likely was not a major problem. They said the nasal tip was cartilage show-through. I had been doing fine after that, but suddenly since last week, I feel like the cartilage show-through looks worse.. I know very well that there is nothing I can do about cartilage show-through and that it may show through more, but I can see slight redness around the edge of the visible cartilage. It does not hurt when I touch it, but could this break through and come out..? I know you are busy, but please share many opinions.. If it will not break through, I want to just get through this year as it is.. I need to save money too, and honestly I feel like I want to die so badly..
