I had silicone and ear cartilage that were over 10 years old removed.
It was done through a closed approach, and right now it feels a little tight, but I feel relieved.

I visited a lot of hospitals for consultations.
I chose the hospital based only on expertise and trust.
The director is a handsome, middle-aged man and very kind, and the consultant and staff answered everything even when I bothered them with questions. The operating room staff also handled everything skillfully and smoothly, so I felt comfortable.
It was a nose surgery done by someone I knew, so I thought it was a straight silicone implant with ear cartilage,
but it turned out to be an L-shaped silicone implant. (I finally realized that people you know can be scarier..) The director also said quite a lot of ear cartilage had been used.
He said the shape would become much better than before removal. He also said it would be higher than my pre-surgery nose, so I’m looking forward to it even more.
Today is the first day, so I’ll have to see with time, but I hope it heals well and I can live freely? ^^ haha
It hasn’t swollen at all yet, but I’m worried it might swell tomorrow.
Still, I feel relieved.
