I had a consultation and I’m debating whether to book ㅜ Please help ㅜㅜ This would be my 3rd surgery, my silicone implant is crooked, and I have a long nose with a long columella, like a long-nosed monkey.. After looking at it, they caught the issues right away. First, the 3 problems: it’s crooked, the nose is long, and the columella is long.. They clearly said no to what can’t be done, and also mentioned nostril-wing asymmetry and my nostrils ㅜㅜ Broadly, it would be autologous reuse + nasal bridge deviation correction + ear fascia/dermis + columella correction + maintaining the nasal pillar + long-nose correction + shape correction. During the consultation, I said I absolutely wanted a natural-but-pretty look and definitely didn’t want anything flashy. Even now, only about 1-2 mm is inserted in my bridge, so they said they’d keep it similar. When I said my bridge seems high now, they said lowering it wouldn’t look pretty, and asked shouldn’t it look pretty. They didn’t recommend lowering the nasal tip. I’m so torn ㅜㅜ This has to be my last surgery ㅠㅠ Will they be able to make it come out well as a shorter nose? ㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
