Review after 3 Juvelook treatments, which are said to be good for scars and pores
Treatment price: Juvelook + skin booster injection + cryo, 3 sessions for 820,000 won (event price)
They said it is not a treatment where results appear immediately after the procedure, but one where collagen gradually fills in, so I signed up for 3 sessions and received the three treatments at almost 3-week intervals. Juvelook is said to have ingredients similar to Sculptra, but the particles are much smaller and there is almost no risk of nodules forming, and it is said to be good for pores and acne scars, but honestly, from the standpoint of someone who received all three sessions, the effect was just so-so.
They hydrate the Juvelook and inject it into the skin with Hycoox. After the procedure, it does get slightly red, but almost within a day, or half a day, the traces disappear, so the downtime is short, which is nice, but because there are barely any traces, it also makes me wonder a little whether I really received the treatment properly.
After the second session, I asked the counseling manager, “Why is there not much effect?” and they said something like it gets better over time or whatever. Anyway, I think this was also a waste of money. The effect for the price is too minimal, so I do not recommend it.
For those thinking about Juvelook treatment for scars or pores, I think it would be better to look into Intracel or Potenza instead.
