If the Mongolian fold is severe, is a semi-out line impossible?

I had a consultation with the consultant, and she said my Mongolian folds are on the deep side, so I’d probably need an in-out line. But my current eyes are a botched in-out line, so I want to avoid an in line..ㅠ I want a glamorous semi-out or out-line, but even with medial and upper epicanthoplasty, they still said in-out, so I feel discouragedㅠ..
