Before/after/after The first photo is before surgery,
and the second photo is 1 month after surgery.
I had it done at a plastic surgery clinic near Nonhyeon Station, and it took a little under an hour.
I did not know much about cosmetic surgery, so I asked a lot of questions during the consultation at the clinic, and I liked that the director kindly answered each one thoroughly.
So my older sister and mom had usually said that my eyes looked sleepy and that I should make a thin double eyelid, and I really ended up getting it done.
After surgery, the sleepy-looking eyes I used to have were gone,
and more than anything, when I opened my eyes, it felt like I was lifting them with my eyelids rather than with my forehead muscles,
which was fascinating and nice. I also used to habitually lift my head when looking at things, but that went away too, which was good.
And even though it was only the 1-month mark, the swelling went down quickly, so I was able to go around looking more natural than I expected.
More than anything, I did not really know much, but maybe because the doctor had experience, he took one look, put a ruler to my face, checked here and there,
and recommended the surgical direction, so I trusted him and went ahead with it. I have no regrets. I think it turned out well, so I am really happy~
The third photo is 2 months after surgery.
The swelling went down faster than I expected, so now it looks almost natural, and I can go around comfortably.
I am a college student, so I worried a lot about what I would do if it looked too obvious, but I do not think I needed to worry at all!
