After a brief consultation with the manager about which areas I wanted to address, I had the consultation with the director, and they also took separate photos of my face. He looked at my chart and confirmed once more the areas I wanted surgery on, and he touched my nose several times to check its current condition (skin thickness and elasticity, cartilage, etc.). When I said auricular cartilage had not been used before, he also touched my ears.

I had heard he was a rhinoplasty specialist, and after talking with him, his style was to clearly say what is impossible and to look realistically at the surgical outcome. In a way, he might feel sharp and strict, but as long as the request is not obviously excessive to anyone, he tends to accommodate everything within what is possible. He assessed things very professionally, places the most importance on safety, and pursues a natural style that suits the face!
He also showed me before-and-after photo cases of people with noses similar to mine while explaining the surgical method, and he said he does hemostasis well during surgery, so he does not insert cotton packing.
