I had been looking into revision surgery because of contracture, and at lunchtime I finalized surgery with the head director of 431. I had a consultation because they said it was a nose-specialized clinic, and maybe because the head director has long experience, he pinpointed the issues well. What played a big role in my decision was that he did not force autologous costal cartilage on me. They say that when you have revision surgery for contracture, autologous costal cartilage is often used, but I liked that he suggested various methods. He also had that many successful cases, so I trusted him and decided,, I really hope it succeeds this time,,
