After<After surgery~>After<After surgery~>Before<Before surgery~>Before<Before surgery~>Before<Before surgery~>I had my third revision rhinoplasty~ First surgery~ my short nose and upturned nose weren’t corrected, and even the nasal bridge was shaky~ So I had a second surgery~ Second one~ my short nose and upturned nose still weren’t corrected, and both sides of my nose even became pinched~ It ended up being an even worse case than after the first surgery~ Should I have a third surgery, or just live like this~ I spent 10 years like that~
Then I had my third~ revision rhinoplasty~
I booked consultations and went around to a few plastic surgery clinics that are somewhat well known~ and mainly hospitals known for doing short-nose rhinoplasty well~
The director here, during the consultation, showed me photos similar to my nose~ saying this kind of nose changes like this~ this kind of nose changes like that~ Seeing the changed noses, I thought~ wow~ pretty~ it turned out well~ I started to get my hopes up, thinking, “Will mine become like that too?”~
So my nose changed like this~ I had it done with autologous costal cartilage and silicone~
Since all I hoped for was that my pinched nose and the nostrils showing from the front would be just a little less visible~ and that my nose would simply look like an ordinary person’s nose~ I didn’t have huge expectations~
When seen from the front, the pinched and uneven nostrils~ the frontal nasal bridge~ the front-side view that looked upturned~ the nose shape~~ it looks much better than before, so I’m happy~ lol Looking at the side line, it finally feels a bit like a human nose? haha~ The side line came out nicely~ of the two photos I took, they looked similar, so I just posted one~
From the front, it’s still only day 9, so it does look a little plump~ but I think it’ll be okay with time~
Considering the original condition of my nose~ I’m satisfied if it’s this much~
It’s now been 9 days since surgery~ Tomorrow is day 10, and I’m going to get the stitches removed from my side~
