Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redo

Is it okay to do revision double-eyelid surgery at the first hospital again?

At the hospital where I had my first double-eyelid surgery, I had an anterior-approach double-eyelid with eye-shape correction. After doing it this way, after about 3 years I started seeing signs of loosening, and after another year it is now almost almost no double eyelid.

I went for a revision consultation at that same hospital first. They said the eye-shape correction had loosened a bit, and ptosis is recurring -> the right double eyelid has opened, and they said it seemed the fixation thread of the left double eyelid had broken.

It had been done with a partial incision, and since it had loosened, I thought they would recommend full-incision this time, but even this time they suggested partial incision again and said it should still be fine as a second surgery.

Even though it came loose at this hospital, I am considering revision here because surgery in Seoul is difficult since I live outside it.

- I liked my eye shape very much before it began to loosen. - If I do revision elsewhere, the cost will be much higher, maybe multiples. - Because I live outside Seoul, hospitals are limited; other places are often fee-doctor clinics or factory-style outcomes, and they make the double eyelid too thin.

That's about it. What would everyone here do?
