A Little Over 3 Months After Breast Surgery

Before/after breast surgery, 3-month review I got Mentor Smooth implants (texture was my priority). The director did the surgery in the direction I wanted and recommended what was reasonable without overdoing it. He tried to do as much as possible in the direction I wanted, but when I asked, “Can’t we go bigger?” he honestly told me, “If we go bigger than this, the implant may be palpable. This is about the maximum,” so I went with that. On the day of surgery, before getting on the operating table, I had had sedation anesthesia a few times before, so I wasn’t scared or anything at all. But it was my first time under general anesthesia, and maybe because I had seen accidents involving general anesthesia and things like that, I was really nervous before surgery. So while I was waiting in the recovery room before surgery, I didn’t look good, but the nurse saw my expression and comforted me, so I took deep breaths and got on the operating table. Then the anesthesiologist came, and I whined, “Please take good care of me, I’m so scared,” and the anesthesiologist said not to worry, that they would be there the whole time and keep checking on me. Even after the surgery, the anesthesiologist came to see me one more time.. The doctor who performs the surgery is important, of course, but the anesthesiologist is important too, so that made it even better. The pain after surgery really feels like when you run really hard and your chest feels tight. That’s the pain. But for three whole days? It differs by person, but for me, by day 3? Around then, I could get up by myself and the pain disappeared. Until then, I was lying down because it hurt. I’m still wearing a sports bra after surgery, so I haven’t measured exactly yet, but it feels substantial. The fit of clothes is different when I wear them. My friend also said the fit changed, and I no longer looked flat. I gained confidence too, and I do think, “I should have done it sooner,” but when getting surgery, I hope you take time to think it over, go to many hospital consultations, and also carefully check whether there is an anesthesiologist. Personally, I’m very satisfied, and I’m happy because I can clearly see the difference when I wear clothes. The important thing is, rather than doing it because someone else pushes you, if you personally want it and have been thinking about it for a long time, I recommend it a hundred times over.
